Defective DVDs and CDs must be reported within 7 days or receipt, and will be replaced for the same item only. Please contact Customer Service for exchange assistance.
Sales tax is charged to orders shipping within the State of Tennessee. Out of state cusotmers are responsible for reporting their own sales tax according to federal and state regulations.
Shipping rates are based on the product ordered, and are specified on each item's product page. All shipping and handling fees are calculated in the shopping cart so you'll know your exact order total.
All orders are shipped by USPS mail. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing, shipping and delivery.
